Life at the house

Some holidays don’t come with a list of sights. They’re measured in swims, chapters read by the pool and afternoon naps to the sound of cicadas. This house was made for exactly that kind.

You come here to slow down: the pool first thing in the morning, the shade in the afternoon, cicadas in the background. After three days you carry the calm around with you too.

Silence isn’t the absence of noise: it’s the presence of calm. The covered veranda, the sofas in the shade, the five-seat hot tub for when the sun goes down.

And once all that calm has recharged you, the whole South-East is within easy reach: the sea, the baroque towns, and the restaurants I’ll mark on your map. The real ones.
